Through a 3-year programme, you will learn about economics, accounting, marketing, human resources management, operations management and business strategy. In the third year, you will also have the opportunity to choose a specialisation option from 3 specific areas:

  • Initial training
    • 2 or 3 days a week at school
    • Minimum 44-day work placement, alternating with courses
  • Work-linked training
    • 1 day at school and 4 days in the company per week
    • Or 2 days at school and 3 days in the company per week
  • State-recognised qualification
    • Level 6 qualification " Sales and Business Development Manager", registered with the RNCP, awarded by Ascencia Business School
    • Double Maltese and French diploma  Accredited by Malta Further & Higher Education Authority

Learning objectives

Mastery of the international legal and commercial environment

Understand and identify the legal environment in which companies operate, master the fundamentals of international trade and develop an appropriate legal structure.

Skills in international operations management and competitive analysis

Acquire the skills to manage international operations, carry out competitive analysis and establish relevant performance criteria.

Developing intercultural communication skills

Strengthen intercultural communication skills and master the fundamentals of management, taking account of individual and collective culture.

Analysis and resolution of business issues

Ability to analyse a company's difficulties and identify or recommend appropriate procedures for resolving them.
