Human resources have become a key element for companies due to the rapid evolution of technologies and the globalisation of the economy. Companies need qualified human resources professionals to manage their staff, develop their corporate culture and remain competitive in the marketplace.

The Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources at Marseille Business School is a programme available after a 2-year higher education diploma, with the aim of providing you with a set of skills and knowledge adapted to human resources missions.

This course will help you acquire essential skills in personnel management, including the ability to recruit, train and manage a company’s employees. Graduates will be able to work in a variety of areas, such as human resources, talent management, training and development, employee relations and regulatory compliance.

At bac+3 level, this course in human resources can offer you a variety of interesting and stimulating career opportunities. The Human Resources bachelor’s degree can help you acquire the skills you need to succeed in this constantly evolving sector.

  • Initial training
    • 1 or 2 days at school per week
    • Minimum 44-day work placement, alternating with courses
  • Work-linked training
    • 1 day at school and 4 days in the company per week
    • Or 2 days at school and 3 days in the company per week
  • State-recognised qualification
    • Level 6 qualification "Head of human resources", registered with the RNCP, awarded by IFOCOP
