The sandwich course is proving to be the most effective method of ensuring that learners fully assimilate the lessons. All our trainers come from the professional sector. This combination of practical experience and our pragmatic teaching approach helps our students to develop their professionalism.
Marseille Business School is your ideal partner for recruiting work-study students, trainees and continuing professional education. We can assist you fully in your recruitment process, by selecting candidates who specifically meet your company’s needs. Our aim is to prepare them not only for their training course, but also to become autonomous and effective in your field of activity. We offer a range of candidates, from post-baccalaureate to Bac+5 level, specialising in various fields such as commerce, sales, communication, marketing, human resources, international trade or management.
For your training needs, we have three main assets at your disposal:
Our business model, based on combining initial and continuing training, means that we can constantly provide you with up-to-date resources at competitive prices, perfectly aligned with your needs. Pedagogical engineering is at the heart of our approach, ensuring innovative teaching methodologies that comply with the standards of vocational training funding schemes.
We invite our partner companies to hold information sessions. Take advantage of this opportunity to tell learners about the way you work and the work-linked training opportunities you offer.
In addition, we organise recruitment days at our establishments, giving a number of potential tutors the opportunity to come to our premises for quick interviews with our students, with the aim of filling their work-linked positions.

Training costs are paid by the OPCO to which the company has paid its professionalisation contributions. The professional branches define guidelines and priorities in terms of qualifications; it is on the basis of these priorities that the OPCOs approve the funding of training courses. If the OPCO does not fund the entire course, the host company may be asked to supplement the cost of the training.
